As if the glitz and glamour of awards season wasn't exciting enough, every year we in Ireland have the added pleasure of 'oohing' and 'aahing' over every outfit Saoirse Ronan wears, as though she were dressing up just for us.
And with her latest film Little Women set to open in December to what will, no doubt, be a flood of praise and award nominations, Saoirse is back on tour for press - and just like in years gone by, she's pulling no punches when it comes to fashion.

Stepping out at the Governor's Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night, the actress turned heads in a bold monochrome gingham jumpsuit by Emilia Wickstead, featuring wide-leg trousers, a pleated bust and billowing sleeves.
The pattern could easily overwhelm the wearer, but Saoirse is well-used to rocking striking looks, and pulled this one off effortlessly.
Always one to marry the feminine with something edgy, her hair was decidedly modern, styled by her go-to stylist, Adir Abergel. Braiding her newly cropped bob into small plaits, Adir weaved gold thread through her blonde locks to add sparkle. We're definitely stealing this idea for party season!
Finishing off her look, makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua mixed fresh colours with avant-garde shapes, pairing a "popping pink matte lip" with a "punky eyeliner shape" blurred out with warm caramel browns and topped with a smattering of sparkles on the eyelids.
If this is just one look before the film even premiers, we can't wait to see what Saoirse does next!
