Kate Middleton’s designer coat collection is vast, and Kate regularly re-wears old favourites from brands like Alexander McQueen and Catherine Walker.
So, it’s always exciting for royal fashion watchers when we get to see a new piece of outerwear debuted by the 37-year-old, and that’s what happened today, when the Duke and Duchess continued their two-day visit to Northern Ireland.

Arriving at the Braid Arts Centre in Ballymena, Kate stepped out in a light blue coat by Mulberry, teamed with navy suede court heels and a navy clutch bag.
With its narrow, belted waist, A-line skirt and storm flaps, the coat reminds us of a certain character who’s made a cinematic comeback recently – none other than Mary Poppins.
It drew lots of admiring comments on social media, from users who may be disappointed to learn that the £1,735 (approx €2,023) Ashleigh coat is now out of stock.

Underneath the Mulberry coat, Kate was wearing a royal blue fitted dressed by another one of her favourite designers, Jenny Packham – the look was revealed in pictures released earlier today, when the royal couple visited Hillsborough Castle.

A stunning new coat and a chic dress with stylish accessories – we’d have to say that the Duchess’s outfit today was practically perfect in every way.
