Kate Middleton was looking exceptionally trendy in N. Ireland

Kate Midleton travelled to Northern Ireland today for the start of a two-day royal visit, beginning in Belfast.

Arriving at Windsor Park stadium, home to the Northern Ireland football team, Kate shone bright in the midday sunshine, sporting a bright red double-breasted coat over black tights and boots.

The coat is by Carolina Herrera, and it’s one we’ve seen the mum of three wear before, the first time during her and William’s royal tour of Canada in 2016.

Her footwear, meanwhile, looks like a recent acquisition. Kate first stepped out in the black suede LK Bennett Marissa boots earlier this month.

The $346.50 (were $495.00) hiking style boots with metallic eyelets and a high block heel are very on-trend and a little bit bolder than her usual demure style.

Later, Kate changed into a more casual outfit to have a kick around with some children on the pitch.

The 37-year-old teamed a navy puffer jacket and black skinny jeans with navy trainers, her hair pulled back into a low ponytail.

The royal couple will continue their trip with visits to Fermanagh and Ballymena, so we’ll be looking out for more notable fashion moments from Kate.
