The students are from 4 NCAD schools, Fine Art, Design, Education and Visual Culture, and their work covers disciplines such as design, fashion, paintings, sculpture, jewellery and ceramics.
"The showcase is the largest ever in the College's 270-year history and is complimented by a nine-day programme of events, including organised tours running during both weekends and a series of events targeted at educators, alumni and industry" says Bernard Hanratty, acting director at NCAD.
This showcase is a great opportunity for students to present their work and begin their professional careers. It is also a great opportunity for future employers to discover new talents and for the public to see the newest trends.
Take a look at young fashion graduate Conaill O'Dwyer talking about what inspired his showcase piece:
Another young graduate from the jewellery and metalwork department, Aisling Mcgloughlin, talks about her collection 'Beneath The Ocean'.
The future is looking bright for NCAD graduates - especially for those who get to follow in the footsteps of such college alumni as Simone Rocha, Philip Tracey or Orla Kiely.
The exhibition is open from Saturday June 18 to Sunday June 26, from 10am to 8pm on weekdays and from 10am to 5pm on weekends - admission is free. The full programme of events and the list of locations where the different faculties will display their work are available here.
