The 'Shop for Good' initiative will take place from Friday April 24 - Sunday April 26 in association with the Irish charity Console to raise funds and awareness.
When customers buy a 'Shop for Good' coupon for €1 from the pop-up booths in the shopping centre, it will allow them to avail of fantastic discounts on a range of stores and restaurants. over the three days. 100% of the sales of the coupons will go to the charity, which offers counselling services and a 24-hour helpline support to people in crisis and those bereaved by suicide
Each €1 ‘Shop for Good’ coupon purchased entitles the customer to a discount off a selected item. For a full list of stores and restaurants participating in the Shop for Good initiative log on to www.dundrum.ie or pick up a discount list when purchasing the coupon.
Console CEO and founder Paul Kelly said: “This exciting fundraising effort will raise much-needed funds to help Console in our efforts to reduce the high levels of suicide in Ireland and to continue providing counselling and support for people in crisis on our 24 hour helplines.”
