The E! News presenter is getting ready for a busy New Year's Eve party tomorrow where she and her hubby, Bill, are heading to UAE to launch the 20th edition of Dubai Shopping Festival.
And that's not all (is it eva' with the fab Ms Rancic?). Whilst in Dubai Rancic is setting up a pop-up shop for her fashion line G by Giuliana.
Speaking to The National, she shared her delight about the whole experience: "I’m thrilled. This is the first time Bill and I will be visiting the city, so we have a long list of places we’d like to check out during our stay, especially the shopping malls and the Burj Khalifa.
"The launch of DSF and the #DXBNYE bash will be a special occasion. I have been overwhelmed by the welcoming response we’ve had on Twitter since we announced our arrival, so the event is a fantastic way to meet our fans in Dubai. Hosting the New Year countdown is a magical experience and it’s exciting to think that Bill and I will have the opportunity to do this on both sides of the globe, from Times Square, New York, to Meydan, Dubai."
Speaking about the preview of her new fashion line in Dubai, she said: "The G by Giuliana Rancic Pop-up Shop will be a temporary concept store based at The Beach opposite JBR. Dubai will be the first place in the world that gets to see this new collection.
"I’ll be opening the shop officially on Thursday and hosting a styling event that evening, followed by a meet-and-greet session. As for the shop itself, you’ll just have to wait for when it is launched in January."
