This beautifully formulated product doesn't leave skin looking chalky, flat or dull - instead it evens out the complexion, and leaves a gorgeously luminous finish.
The product is housed in a tub which dispenses the powder through a fine mesh - a few taps releases the powder so you can pick it up with the amazing mini kabuki brush that comes with the foundation.
This fab little brush not only looks cute, it is perfectly formed with soft, dense hairs that buff the product in the skin seamlessly.
My favourite thing about the product is the ease of use - after applying a primer, I simply load up the kabuki brush with a dusting of powder and buff it into my skin - working outwards from the centre of my face.
A major bonus is that it keeps shine at bay - something I would usually notice a few hours after applying liquid foundation.
The overall effect is pleasingly soft and even and crucially - not overly matte.
Chanel has also re-released the Le Blanc de Chanel makeup base and highlighter, this time in a handy pump bottle for ease of use.
This is a lovely way to prep skin before applying the Vitalumiere Powder for an extra dose of radiance!
Chanel Vitalumiere Loose Powder Foundation, €65, and Le Blanc de Chanel, €42, are available from Chanel counters now.
