All profits from the launch of the book go towards the organisation Dress for Success, which helps disadvantaged women get into the workplace with interview skills and suiting.
The Bare book will be launched in the RHA Dublin on October 9, and they're looking for support to get the book printed through a Fundit campaign. With just three days to go, they're under €2,000 off the overall target of €9,000. Click here to make a donation.
Sonya Lennon, one of the subject in the Bare book, brought the Dress for Success charity to Dublin. It has now supported over 800 women, with 57% getting the job.
Lennon explained that she got involved with Bare when her "wonderful friend and incredibly talented photographer Trevor Hart, came to me with a proposal. Would I pose nude for a piece of work that he was creating around women's relationships with their bodies. Of course, my interest was piqued.
"Then the clincher, he wanted to turn the work into an exhibition and book called Bare, with all proceeds going to support the work of Dress for Success. I was naked before you could say Spanx!”
