Since Sarah Doukas of Storm Model's discovered Moss in an airport in 1987, she has become a household name, the most prolific Vogue cover girl and a designer's and photographer's favourite.
The supermodel will collect her prize at the awards ceremony in London next week which will be hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall.
