"I love to support women - Girl Power!," Beckham exclaimed when she accepted her award
She thanked her former manager, her husband and her eldest son, Brooklyn (14), who accompanied the designer and singer to the ceremony - calling him "the most handsome man in the room".
"What an an amazing 10 years. I feel blessed to have had two careers and in ten years I will be nearly fifty," Beckham concluded.
