Though used to working his craft and winning accolades in his sporting best, the Jamaican athlete is rather fond of looking dapper in a suit. "I spend so much of my time in training and race wear that when I get the opportunity to wear some smart gear I'll always choose something that I feel good and look good in" Bolt said while speaking to British Vogue.

When asked whose style he admires, he replied "Well, there are a lot of people whose style I admire, it's difficult to say. I love Gucci though, especially the suits, so anyone that wears that kind of gear would probably be on my list".

The 25 year-old stated "I like style which is sleek and simple". The athlete was in London earlier this week to showcase Cedella Marley's designs for Team Jamaica's Olympic kit ahead of the games in the English capital later this year.

"I like to look good when I am competing and fortunately Puma make me a new uniform for every race which makes me stand out from the other athletes" he added, having sported a host of colourful kits throughout his lucrative career.

"Cedella's designs are really cool and embrace everything that Jamaica is about - I can't wait to wear the kit. The vibrant colours and patterns are definitely going to make sure the whole Jamaican team stand out when we compete."

Sounding confident and hopeful for his country's prospects this year, he concluded "The podium and village wear is also really nice, so when team Jamaica brings home the medals - that we'll hopefully win - we're going to be wearing some amazing gear that really reflects what we're all about as a team and country."

Bolt also spoke briefly about Prince Harry's recent royal visit to Jamaica, where the two young men competed on the relay track. "Yeah, that was a great day. Prince Harry showed some good skills, he definitely has some sporting potential. One to watch out for!"
