Country beauties like Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Leann Rimes rocked the red carpet in the best of designer couture, as well as performing and presenting on stage.
22-year-old Taylor Swift took home the 'Entertainer of The Year' award, wearing a beautiful goddess-like J. Mendel white dress with gold trim and side cuts. She paired her look, and her new thick fringe, with a dark smoky eye and pale pink lips.
Winning the award for a second time, Swift namechecked a fan of hers who she had promised to bring to the event. However, Kevin McGuire, who is suffering from cancer, was unable to attend the awards.
Hilary Scott, of Lady Antebellum, looked beautiful in a black floor-length wrap dress, paired with green and blue jewellery. The band received five nominations at the awards ceremony, taking home the award for Best Vocal Group.

Another winner on the night was Miranda Lambert who took home the gong for Best Album for Four The Record. Coach on The Voice USA and husband to Lambert, Blake Shelton, co-hosted the ceremony with Reba McIntire.

American Idol winner Carrie Underwood looked angelic in her Abed Mahfouz cream gown, which consisted of a jewelled, cream bodice which was delicately draped with light lace to the floor. The singer performed at the ceremony.

Singer Leann Rimes, who is rumoured to be in dicussions to fill one of the judges seats on The X Factor USA, turned up to the event in Stella McCartney. The red and white dotted and meche dress with cut-out detail was also seen in black on actress Brooklyn Decker last week in London.
