Stefani to design childrens collection

The No Doubt star, who already fronts an adult line called 'Harajuku Lovers', has teamed up with US department store Target to create a companion brand called Harajuku Mini.

Stefani told Women's Wear Daily: "Harajuku Mini is a dream come true. I've always wanted to do a cool children's fashion line inspired by the supercute and playful kid's clothing you find in Japan.

"Target has given me the creative freedom to design kid's clothing that is different than most anything you usually see out there with great quality, attention to detail and most of all, available at amazing prices."

It seemed a logical step for the singer, judging by her two stylish little boys by her side, Kingston and Zuma. The singer's first solo album 'Love. Angel. Music. Baby' was inspired by Japan and Stefani has designed both tours and fragrances around Harajuku fashion and lifestyle.

Harajuku Mini will be available in stores from November 13. Check out the full images on Daily Mail. It's also believed that new material, an album and tour, will be delivered in 2012 by Stefani's band, No Doubt.
