The singer, currently on tour with his former band Take That, is planning on fashioning a career out of menswear.

Robbie has announced the launch of his 'Farrell' label for autumn 2011, drawing inspiration on the smart tailoring of London's Savile Row.

His late grandfather, Jack Farrell, is the muse for Robbie's collection, which pays homage to his style with a heritage feel - one of winter's predicted top trends.

The collection comprises items such as a Crombie 3/4 length coat, dinner jacket in herringbone and tailored trousers. It will be mix of casual and smart pieces as well as accessories, such as flat caps and polka dot scarves.

Prices are expected to range from €45 to €390.

Farrell will be available from House of Fraser stores and online at Shopdirect.com.
