Stella McCartney will show at London Fashion Week for the first time in February.
Fashion designer and Beatle daughter, Stella (40), will present a 'one-off' collection showcase in her home country for the first time.
The designer, alongside many British labels and houses, has shown her collections in Paris each year and will still show her A/W collection in Paris the following month, but this move could signal a heightened McCartney presence in fashion capital London.
The showcase falls amidst a crucial time for the McCartney brand, while a new fragrance is launched and a second store is opened in London.
To add to her list of duties, as well as being a mum-of-four, McCartney is creative director for the Adidas Team GB. She has worked closely with the brand since 2005 and will oversee the kit for both the Olympic and Paralympic teams.
