This new water-based cleanser from luxury French skincare company Darphin lives up to the brand's high standards of effective products which are a pleasure to use.
I was already a fan of their Hydraskin moisturiser and Tangerine Aromatic Care oil in particular - the latter providing much needed moisture and protection to my skin during last winter's coldest days.
This gentle, no-rinse cleanser has become a morning favourite for quickly refreshing and cleansing my skin. I also have found it effective for removing make-up at night, but would recommend using a few different cotton pads dampened with the cleanser in order to remove makeup fully. Since at night I prefer to cleanse more deeply with an oil based cleanser, I have been mostly reaching for this in the morning as it is so easy to use.
It leaves my skin feeling clean and soft, without the tight feeling that can be associated with cleansers. As this is so gentle, it is also recommended for those with sensitive skin types or Rosacea.
As a plus, this also smells wonderful, making it really pleasant to use!
