Chanel's new cleanser, Sublimage Essential Comfort Cleanser, will appeal to those who are a fan of oil cleansers.
This has quite a thick, gel-like texture which melts into a silky oil upon application and dissolves make-up. As an added bonus this is also gentle enough to be used on the eyes and I find it very effective for removing mascara.
The product comes with an excellent, large cotton cloth which can be used on conjunction with the oil to deep cleanse the skin. When used with warm water this is particularly soothing, you can press the cloth over your face and then remove the oil with circular movements.
My skin is left feeling really soft and cleansed after rinsing, with not a hint of dryness or irritation. At €80, this is not a cheap product, but when you take into account that you get 150ml for the price (most cleansers I own are 50ml), you know the tube will go a long way.
