I had in the past been a big fan of Maybelline's Dream Mousse Blush in Dolly Pink - a soft, mousse-textured blush in a fresh, pale pink shade.
However, I tired of the glitter in the formulation within a few months and I stopped using it.
Now Maybelline have brought out new cream blushes - Dream Touch Blush - which look very similar packaging-wise but give a very different result.
I tried the peach shade which is really gorgeous, and would probably look even better with a tan. The formulation feels amazing - it melts upon contact with skin and applies like a dream.
The finish is a bit more 'grown up' than the Dream Mousse I think - this has a very subtle shimmer that is much easier to wear than particles of glitter. It gives a translucent pop of colour to the cheeks which is beautiful for summer.
This also comes in Berry - which looks like a very pretty shade of pink and would probably look fantastic on paler skins.
Maybelline Dream Touch Blush is available from pharmacies nationwide, €10.79.
