Tyra Banks has said that Kim Kardashian looked "absolutely beautiful" while wearing her wedding dress at a fitting recently.
The America's Next Top Model host told People that she advised the reality TV star to choose an unexpected shape for her Vera-Wang designed gown.
She explained: "I gave [Kim] the advice of going with a silhouette that the world isn't used to seeing her in. So we'll see.
"What she showed me was so beautiful. It's interesting because they were pictures from a fitting, but it actually looked like the wedding, like her hair was done.
"So it was like a real almost dress rehearsal and she looked absolutely beautiful."
Kardashian will tie the knot with NBA player Kris Humphries on August 20 in California. The wedding will be aired as part of a four-hour Keeping Up with the Kardashians special in October on E!
She recently flew for 11 hours in order to attend a dress fitting in New York before going back to Los Angeles.
