In a recent interview with Zest magazine Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh has revealed that bandmate Nadine Coyle’s body is so fragile that it “hurts” when she tries to exercise.
Kimberley revealed: “Nadine can’t run at all. Her legs are so thin, all she does say, ‘It hurts. It hurts to run’.”
However, the Irish singer puts her slimness down to family genetics, while claiming that she is not too thin: “I have always had incredibly skinny legs. It’s in my family. If anything, I’ve put weight on since the last Girls Aloud tour," she said.
On the other hand, Kimberley explained to the beauty magazine that she embraces her voluptuous size ten figure saying: “I hate the word ‘normal’ but that’s what I am.”
She added: “If women look at me and feel more comfortable about their bodies, I think it’s a positive thing.”

She further pitched in: “I grew up thinking Kate Moss was the perfect woman but that was a totally unachievable shape for me. I’ll never turn down chocolate. It’s my guilty pleasure.”
