Smashbox's fantastic new lipstains set themselves apart from other lipstains I've tried with their perfectly even coverage.
These felt-tip stains also come with a colour seal balm on one end to lock in moisture and prevent lips from drying out.
Application can be a little tricky - especially with the more vivid shades - as you need to carefully line the lips to give a perfect finish.
However, once you master this, these are truly gorgeous products to use.
I found them particularly useful for nights out - these won't smudge and will leave lips brightly coloured for hours on end.
Especially when used in conjunction with the balm, these look really like lipsticks in appearance - but are much easier to wear.
You may need to reapply once over the course of the night - but what I found most impressive is that they don't wear off unevenly like lipstick can.
My absolute favourite shade is Guava - a bright coral red which is not for the fainthearted! Petal gives a beautiful flush of natural pink, while berry gives a deeper stain.
These aren't cheap at €26 a pop, but you are paying for quality products that perform excellently.
