Ever since Prince William and Kate Middleton announced their engagement, speculation has been rife about which designer the bride-to-be would turn to for that all important gown.
It seems Middleton could be one step closer to her final decision, after herself, her mum and sister were spotted visiting designer Bruce Oldfield’s boutique over the weekend.
The trio spent nearly an hour and a half in the Knightsbridge shop in London and were greeted by Oldfield personally.
Although Kate has yet to reveal which designer will be in charge of her dress for the big day, insiders say the soon-to-be royal has all but made her decicion.
A source told the Daily Mail: "She (Kate) has pretty much reached a final decision.
"But she wants to keep the creator and design to herself as a surprise for her groom on the wedding day, in line with tradition. She’s very excited."
Bruce Oldfield has previously designed bridal gowns for Samantha Cameron and Jemima Khan, as well as red carpet pieces for Rihanna and Sienna Miller and he was also a favourite of Princess Diana.
