Bono and Ali Hewson have starred in a Louis Vuitton Core Values campaign.
The campaign, which was shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz in Africa, sees the pair wearing Hewson's ethical label Edun and a collaborative Louis Vuitton bag.
Louis Vuitton's parent company LVMH bought a 49 per cent of Edun last year, and is now trying to give the brand international exposure.
Bono said: "Ali has worked hard to build Edun from scratch, and thanks to LVMH's commercial muscle and support, this fledgling company can go from strength to strength - which means increased business for our partners in developing countries."
The new bag, jointly designed by Edun and Louis Vuitton, was made in Africa, and all proceeds from the sale of the piece will go to Technoserve in Africa for the Conservation Cotton Initiative and to the Chernobyl Children International.
"We want Edun to be a success because the more it grows, the more we can do on the ground," says Hewson.
