Kim Kardashian has said that she often worries about her curvy figure and struggles to keep in shape.
The reality TV star told Closer magazine: “I’m not always confident – of course I have hang-ups like everyone else. I’ve never been a big fan of my thighs, but I do love my stomach when it’s in shape. I work out with my personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, for an hour each day and do classes. But I enjoy running on the treadmill.”
Despite being conscious to work out and eat healthily, she still finds it difficult to keep to a strict diet.
She said: “When I fancy a snack I reach for cookies. I’m a classic yo-yoer, but I’m always determined to get back into shape.”
