Finding the perfect swimwear is an uphill struggle as far as I'm concerned - I'm a fan of structured, vintage-style pieces that you just can't find on the high street.
The only bikini I saw in the collections this year that appealed was a gorgeous Diane Von Furstenberg tropical print design, with high waisted pants and a halterneck top. However, the set came in at around €300, which is more than a little over budget!
When I saw that British designer Katharine Hamnett had designed an eco-friendly swimwear line for Yoox.com I was excited - these pieces are just up my street.
The black, ruched swimsuit is a beauty and will help to disguise tummy rolls. Top of my list has to be the navy and white polka dot bikini though, that's a real beauty.
Prices are pretty high, so still in the 'wish-list- category, the search for the perfect bikini continues!
