Yves Saint Laurent's fall collection centres around creating show-stopping nails.
Contrasting, colour-clashing nails are the order of the day with the new limited edition Manicure Couture Colour Nail Polish Duos (€35).
These dinky little sets each contain two polishes for creating a modern interpretation of the classic French manicure.
There are four duos: dark purple and gold, white and pale pink, turquoise and violet, and my personal favourite, fuchsia and orange.
The miniature bottles (6ml) come with a special fan brush to make application easier.
Also forming part of the collection are six new shades of Rouge Volupte Perle (€31) - which give lips shimmering colour. There is one limited edition, Mezmerizing Purple, and five permanent additions - Beige Caress, Coral Sun, Sparkling Pink, Stellar Pink and Insolent Beige.
For eyes there is a mascara in deep indigo (€31), two eye duos in purple/brown and midnight blue/gold and two single shadows (€28) in aquamarine and silver.
Available in Brown Thomas exclusively from July 24 and nationwide from August 21.
