Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr has revealed her top tips for a gorgeous bikini body.

She told E Online: "The first step is eating healthy. I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy."

When asked what her top healthy foods were, she said: "I love spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli."

The model admitted to indulging every so often, saying: "I'm pretty much 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent, because I don't believe in depriving yourself." She named chips as one of her favourite treats.

As well as eating healthily, Kerr also keeps in shape with a regime of yoga, pilates and weight training.
