Alexa Chung is teaming up with the American label Madewell to create her first clothing collection.

The TV presenter will create a fall collection for the brand, and bring a "sexy tomboy, Sixties girls' band" aesthetic to the brand, reports the Marie Claire website.

The range will be called Alexa Chung for Madewell, and will consist of skinny jeans, tea dresses and biker jackets.

Chung said that the range will have "things you wouldn't mind getting dirty in, and things that I actually wear."

She continued: "I love how their vibe is a mix of vintage and new. It completely clicked with me."
