David Beckham is set to follow in the footsteps of his fashionista wife Victoria — he’s signed a lucrative deal to design his own menswear range, according to reports.
The Former Spice Girls star, Victoria, had turned her back on singing to concentrate on her incredibly successful design label.
Now, her hubby, David, is set to follow suit with his own menswear range, The People reported.
"David has been consulting the same people who have worked with Victoria on her extremely successful fashion ranges, and there are big plans," a source said.
"David is really into fashion, it is a real passion of his so it made sense that he designed his own. It is going to be a real money-spinner. He and his team are hoping that it will go global," the source added.
The soccer superstar will start work on the line — part of his and Victoria’s popular DVB brand — after this year’s World Cup. David will even be modeling the clothes himself.
