Cheryl Cole debuted her new hair do on Saturday's 'X Factor' Show, ditching her tumbling extensions in favour of a more natural look.
She is famed for her long loose curls, which are created using a combination of human and acrylic hair extensions.
But now, she has plumped for a shorter, choppier hairstyle which sits on her shoulders.
Recently, the star came under fire for her L'Oreal hair adverts in which she sported hair extensions, with fans claiming the advert was misleading.
Now, Cole's look is a lot more natural - and the upkeep is probably much less time consuming too!
