Star of the moment and X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has been voted the celebrity with the most perfectly applied make-up - and achieving the look women would like to copy. Fellow judge Danni Minogue was was probably not too pleased as she was named amongst the celebrities with the worst make-up regime.
Online beauty boutique feelunique.com surveyed over 500 women to discover the star who consistently wears the best make-up. Cheryl Cole was a clear winner with a fifth of all women (22 per cent) saying she has the most perfectly made-up face, closely followed by Kelly Brook (18 per cent) and Jennifer Aniston (16 per cent). Whilst Amy Winehouse's look certainly makes her stand out from the crowd, 21 per cent of women voted her the celebrity with the worst make-up. Reality has-been Jodie Marsh was second in the worst made-up league followed by Dannii Minogue in third (16 per cent).
The best and the rest:
1) Cheryl Cole - 22%
Cheryl never fails to look her best for the cameras. With golden skin all year round, and a glossy pout, Cheryl looks every inch the flawless A-Lister. She has perfected that smoky eyed look which even stays put when she sheds a tear on the X Factor, a look that is frequently seen in the glossies and imitated by women everywhere.
2) Kelly Brook - 18%
Kelly always radiates a rosy glow, adding vintage glam to her look with the perfect shade of red lipstick.
3) Jennifer Aniston - 16%
A true beach babe, Jennifer inspired thousands with the "Rachel" in the 90s, and she has continued to look gorgeous off screen with tanned skin and natural make-up.
4) Keira Knightley - 10%
When it comes to Oscar beauty, Keira always looks glam and dramatic without being over the top.
5) Tess Daley - 7%
Tess always shines with natural, glossy make-up matched with eyelashes that even Bambi would be jealous of...
And the worst:
1) Amy Winehouse - 21%
This was really no surprise as Amy frequently looks like she is going to a Halloween party than down to her local. Perfect for this time of year, her eyeliner continues to thicken as Wino looks ever more the bride of Dracula.
2) Jodie Marsh - 17%
I'm sure we don't need to highlight the error of her make-up ways. She could definitely benefit from Mrs. Cole's expertise...
3) Dannii Minogue - 16%
Dannii fails to beat Cheryl Cole in this category. We would like to see her tone down the scary eye make up on Saturdays.
4) Pete Burns - 14%
It wasn't just a show for Big Brother, he really does look like that all the time.
5) Madonna - 10%
So she may look good at 50, but we would like to see a little colour in Madge's cheeks, and tidier brows.
