The Leaving Cert is up and running. It's a big time in the lives of all you young students, and that's why we are all in to support you.

Over the coming weeks we will update this article to highlight any tips, help and more to make sure students can do their best without feeling too much pressure.

Across all RTÉ platforms we will be sharing stories and helpful tips to mind your mental health, as well as practical exam tips like how to fuel your brain.

And, over the three weeks we will also hear from students with the Leaving Cert Diary series.

Before we start into the study bits, here are tips for parents and students managing stress. Minding yourself is THE most important thing you can do. And remember, there are always options if things don't go as well as you hoped.
