James Joyce's legendary book Ulysses is 100 years old! On 16 June every year people come together and celebrate it on Bloomsday.

Now, it's a really big book, so the gang at Branar Theatre in Galway have made a special film where children can get the full story in just over 30 minutes!

MoLI is asking young people from 2nd to 6th class to tell us all about a day in their life, this Bloomsday. And teachers, it's a schoolday – so we need your help!

First you watch the film above.

Then you you download the activity sheets here in English agus as Gaeilge.

Children fill them in and teachers return via post.

All the responses will be gathered during the summer, and a searchable archive of all submissions will be made available in late autumn.

We will notify all schools in advance of the launch date for the archive, via the email contact provided in the submissions sheet.
