Cruinniú na nÓg 2024: Unleash your creativity on 15 June!

Cruinniú na nÓg, the free day of creativity for young people, takes place on Saturday, 15 June and we can't wait!!

RTÉ are proud to get behind the initiative from Creative Ireland and we're here to tell you all about it.

On the day there will be more than 1000 free creative activities for children and young people throughout the island. The theme this year is Dare to Create and Creative Ireland is calling on all young people to get creative, try something new and show off their skills.

And there's something new this year! For the first time, the programme will include a series of night events for young people. What bed time?! Plus, thanks to Shared Island 2024 there will be events all over the island of Ireland.

Rhyme Island x Rock The Block

Are you ready for an encore?! Once again, this year Creative Ireland teamed up with GMC Beats from The Kabin Studio to get every young person in Ireland rapping. They have already gone VIRAL with the Cruinniú anthem The Spark and they will perform it at Rock The Block.

In preparation, the Rhyme Island team have been travelling the length and breadth of the country holding a series of online and in-person workshops, before the massive day of rap back at The Kabin Studio HQ in Knocknaheeney, Cork.
