Today is #MindYourSelfie Day and this year young people are asked to focus on connecting with nature to support their mental health.

Let's explore how nature can help us protect our mental health and how we, in turn, can protect nature, as connecting with the natural world also makes us more likely to take the urgent actions needed to conserve it.

On #MindYourSelfie Day, you can help spread the message by...

  • Sharing your favourite place in nature that helps you to boost your wellbeing. Snap a pic, make a video or create a Reel, and post it to your social media channels using the hashtag #MindYourSelfie in your social media posts
  • Tagging @walkinmyshoes on Facebook or Twitter, and @stpatricks_wims on Instagram in your posts
  • Encouraging your supporters and followers to get involved in the day.
