Tune in and prepare to be entertained with another radio play, The Amazing Adventures of a Teenage Boy, from the Galway branch of StageSchool Ireland and RTÉjr Radio!
It is the third show in the four-part series that saw RTÉjr link up with the school during lockdown to create some fun and showcase how creativity will always come through, even if the actors could not meet up in person.
You can listen to the play at 7pm on RTÉjr Radio this evening or press play above right now!
Teacher Julia Rauch tells us more: "We only had a few weeks to come up with something great and like the title says the adventure actually was amazing. When we started brainstorming it was miserable outside and we all wanted to go somewhere sunny.

"The result was a school class travelling from the South African desert to the penguins in Antartica. This play will take you on a journey from meerkats to seals without having to leave your living room!
We even had our own students making some of the sound effects, which is one of the trickiest part when producing a radio play. It wasn't easy to produce a radio drama online, since the wifi speed is different in every house.
Sometimes we had to ask children to turn off their camera, to get a better sound quality. But we got there in the end and hope that your ears will love the final product as much as we loved producing it."
Well done to everyone at StageSchool Ireland!
