It's not easy right now for people of all ages, so any help we can get to mind ourselves and mind our mental health is greatly appreciated.
Our friends at Children's Book Ireland have created The Mind Yourself Resource pack and videos to encourage conversations about mental health and wellbeing through children's books.
Although pitched at primary schools, the activities can also be done by families at home and vary from arts and crafts to games, thought experiments, sensory exploration, mood check-ins and more.
They are designed to help children feel calm, safe, happy, heard, loved and connected.
The resource pack contains activities for 0–12 year-olds based around twenty-one books from the Mind Yourself Mental Health and Wellbeing Reading Guide.
