Squads Goals returns for a second series this Monday, 21 December at 4pm on RTÉ2, so you better be ready to watch them take on The Gauntlet!
Hosted by Anna Geary who captained Cork to All-Ireland Camogie victory and who is a coach on the hit TV show Ireland's Fittest Family, the challenge series is back with even more thrills and spills.
It's winner takes it all as three squads race against the clock and collect Squad Discs which can be traded for valuable time in the final challenge.
Which squad has what it takes to conquer the four zones and emerge victorious? Tune in to find out.
The first six shows will drop in 2020 where we will see 18 teams in total from counties all over the country battle it out to get the win.
Tune in to RTÉ2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 4pm. Then on Christmas Eve morning at 9.15am.
