This weekend it's time for the TG4 LGFA All-Ireland Senior Final and we were delighted to have one of the stars of the game, Nicole Owens, join us on After School Hub.

It has been a tough year for the St Sylvester's club player as she battled back from a horrible knee injury, but she managed to start in the semi-final win versus Armagh, scoring a goal in the opening minutes.

But, her life is not all about sport and Nicole is always keen to talk about mental health and how important it is to mind yourself. She is speaking from her own experiences and she wants to share her advice with you.

Nicole hopes to get a fourth All-Ireland medal this week.

Nicole is also keen to talk about women in sport and how it is important to be seen. Last year over 50,000 people went to Croke Park on All-Ireland Final day but there will be no fans to watch it this year due to Covid restrictions.

Make sure to tune in to TG4 on Sunday from 1pm to see the Intermediate Final between Westmeath and Meath followed by the Senior Final between Dublin and Cork.

There are two cracking games in store and it's a great way to finish the year of 20x20 with another huge day for women in sport.

Follow the All-Ireland senior football final between Dublin and Cork with our live blog on RTÉ Sport Online and the RTÉ News app (from 3pm Sunday) or listen to live commentary on RTÉ Radio 1. Highlights on The Sunday Game (9.30 pm RTÉ2).
