Now it's time to see them all, as the online gallery is officially open.

CHECK OUT THE GALLERY HERE and on Instagram HERE

Let's have a look at a small sample of the work we have received so far and get a word or two from the artists who age from two right up to 17. It shows the competition is open to all, so don't be shy about giving it a go!

Alfie from Meath is only two, but just loves getting his hands on paint to see what he can make.

Sadie who is six from Galway made this creation at her local beach and took the photo and uploaded it. It shows that it's not just painting and drawing that we want. Take photos too!

Kyla is eight and also from Galway. This painting is of a row of houses she sees on some of her walks during lockdown. We hope they are as colourful in real life as they look great.

Alice is ten and she lives in Clare. She loves animals so she painted this cow who has a beautiful flower in her mouth.

Allison from Cork uploaded this drawing and she says it's about what you see on the outside of myself versus what you would see on the inside.

We have already seen a painting of a cow, so here is a really cool photo of a horse named Falco in super close-up mode from Freya aged 12 from Waterford.

Afaf is 13 and from Dublin. This work was inspired by the idea to represent our DNA as a tree and it shows that you can mix in elements of science and lots of other things that you love into your work.

Conor is 17 from Mayo and he did this comic strip about how he has seen 2020 so far. He wanted to embrace the theme This Is Now, and this was a really clever way of doing it.

Erin is 17 and from Galway and she started this wonderful work with no plan in place. She just wanted to get a big canvas and paint through her emotions.

There are loads more stories on some of the young people who are encouraging everyone to get involved.

These works are just a small sample of what we have received so far and there is no real limits to what you can do. Have a look at the video above to get some tips on the best way to take pictures of your images.
