On After School Hub it's great to meet and talk to people who have different life experiences and we were delighted to chat to a man with lots going on - Graham Merrigan.
He has a podcast, appeared in Fair City, he formed and captains his own wheelchair basketball team, he is a massive Shamrock Rovers fan too and was born with spina bifida meaning he is a wheelchair user.
Have a listen to Graham's story here.
Wheelchair Basketball is basically the same game as the running equivalent and anyone can play including people with a mobility impairment and able-bodied players.
Likewise it has two teams of five versus five and the idea is to score more points than the other team by shooting some hoops!
If you ever have a look at it online it's pretty tough and there are lots of crashes and spills on the court. As Graham says everyone takes it seriously but it's also fun and boys and girls can join underage clubs too and play other teams.
You can get contacts for clubs and the Irish Wheelchair Association sporting section HERE

Graham might be a bit down after his beloved Hoops lost the FAI Cup Final this week, but they had an amazing year and he can't wait to get back to Tallaght Stadium.
It's a new ground with good accessibility and this has helped him get to watch his favourite team down the years. When he is on the road too he sees more work being done to allow fans with disabilities enjoy the atmosphere in the League of Ireland.
It's always important to remember in life and in sport to make everything accessible for everyone and that is the main message that Graham is sharing with us.
