Dr Niamh Shaw is back with a very special Space Hub. She is celebrating the 20th birthday of the International Space Station, as well as looking at what´s it really like to live above the sky.

Niamh knows all about it and she will also tell you about her own Zero Gravity flight she took around three years ago. It's all part of the training needed to become an astronaut.

In the past 20 years 240 people from 19 countries have visited the unique microgravity laboratory, which has hosted more than 2,800 research investigations from scientists in over 100 nations.
