You’re never too young or old to start. There are so many different types of sailing available. It’s important to always go with an adult.
There’s no need to have a boat when you start out. Most clubs have boats available for you to learn in and share with others. Many clubs have a stock of buoyancy aids, wet suits and waterproof jackets for you to borrow.
