Ray introduced us to a couple of great songs today. Here are the lyrics so you can keep practising all you have learned, get all the family choir involved!
After All
By The Frank and Walters
After all I really love you
After all that we've been through
I know that we fight,
And our love gets pushed to the side
Still it ends alright
After all I really need you
Don't know how I'd live without you
Days they go by,
And you're always there at my side
Girl I'm glad you're mine
There are times I get distracted girl
By the ways and workings of this world
But I think of you as my life's shrine
And I'm glad that I'm yours
And you're mine
When I'm far from home and lonely
And I think about my life
I think about you
And all the little things that you do
And I'm glad you're mine
There are times I get distracted girl
From the ways and workings of this world
But I think of you as my life's shrine
And I'm glad that I'm yoursAnd you're mine©The Frank and Walters

Don't Worry Be Happy
This song has no musical instrument, and yet it still has rhythm, melody, and lyrics. Bobby's voice and whistling creates all of the sounds that you hear.
Don't Worry Be Happy
By Bobby McFerrin
Here's a little song I wrote
You might want to sing it note for note
Don't worry, be happy
In every life we have some trouble
But when you worry you make it double
Don't worry, be happy
Don't worry, be happy nowdon't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happyAin't got no place to lay your head
Somebody came and took your bed
Don't worry, be happy
The landlord say your rent is late
He may have to litigate
Don't worry, be happyOh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh don't worry, be happy
Here I give you my phone number, when you worry, call me, I make you happy, don't worry, be happy)
Don't worry, be happy
Ain't got no cash, ain't got no style
Ain't got no gal to make you smile
Don't worry, be happy
'Cause when you worry your face will frown
And that will bring everybody down
So don't worry, be happyDon't worry, be happy now
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happyNow there, is this song I wrote
I hope you learned note for note
Like good little children, don't worry, be happy
Now listen to what I said, in your life expect some trouble
When you worry you make it double
But don't worry, be happy, be happy nowdon't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happydon't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happydon't worry, don't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, don't do it, be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) put a smile in your face
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't bring everybody down like thisdon't worry
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) it will soon pass, whatever it is
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) don't worry, be happy
(Ooh, ooh ooh ooh oo-ooh ooh oo-ooh) I'm not worried, I'm happy©Universal Music

Round and round we go!
If you haven't already assembled your choir to sing with you, now is the time to get everyone together. We are going to try another singing exercise that is great fun and sounds amazing, it’s rounds!
A round song is a short song which can be sung by two or more people. One person starts off and the next person starts to sing the song a bit later, usually after the first line. It should sound nice together. When you get to the end of the song you start again. You can go round and round, singing it many times.
This exercise will help you with two important musical skills – 1) harmony and 2) rhythm / timing. It can be tough to stick to your own lines and melody at the start, but you’ll soon master it.
Here are some round songs that you might already know – happy harmonising!
Row, Row, Row, Your Boat
Row, row, row your boat
Gently down the stream
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily
Life is but a dream
Three Blind Mice
Three blind mice, three blind mice
See how they run, see how they run
They all ran after the farmer's wife
Who cut off their tails with a carving knife
Have you ever seen such a sight in your life
As three blind mice
Frère Jacques (Brother John)
Frère Jacques, Frère Jacques
Dormez-vous? Dormez-vous?
Sonnez les matines, Sonnez les matines.
Ding, dang, dong. Ding, dang, dong.
