Can you draw a picture of how you are feeling today?  What kind of colours can you use to show how you are feeling?

Whether we are feeling ok, happy, sad, worried or scared, it is always good to share your feelings with the people close to you.  

Can you guess how the rest of your family are feeling today?   Ask them how they are feeling and see if you were right.
