What is a conductor and an insulator?
If electricity can pass through an object, we call it an electrical conductor. If electricity can't pass through it, we call it an Insulator. Metal is a good conductors and material like plastic is not. Plastic is example of an insulator.

Experiment
Now let's have some fun with a simple electrical science experiment. This experiment deals with a type of electricity called static electricity. Static electricity is the build-up of an
electrical charge on the surface of an object. The reason that it’s called static electricity is because the charges stay in one area for some time and don’t flow or move to a different area.
What you will need: Tissue paper, pen, scissors, balloon, sticky tape
1) Draw a ghost on your tissue paper
2) Cut out the ghost
3) Stick the bottom end of the ghost to the table.
4) Blow up your balloon and rub it on your hair or a woolly jumper for about 10 seconds.
5) Hold it over the ghost and watch the ghost rise up. Oooo, spooky.
6) Tell your family that you can make the ghost move without touching or blowing it, they won't believe you. Or freak them out and tell them that that tissue paper is haunted!
