A very special guest tells us about living with congenital heart disease. Free school tours at the Little Museum of Dublin and a rare bird in Oregon Zoo.

Stream the show on RTÉ Player or press play on the image above to watch it now.

On the show today we had a guest all the way from west. Florence met Aaron Rocke from County Galway who joined her live in studio. He told her about what life with congenital heart disease is like for him, and about all the things he loves to do back home. Well done Aaron!

The Little Museum of Dublin is offering schoolchildren free tours every Wednesday morning as part of the new 'I Love Dublin' education programme recently announced by the Museum and Dublin Port. So, Cathal joined one Dublin school that was taking in the tour.

Plus, we have an update from the Winter Olympics, and we finish with a story of a very very rare bird at Oregon Zoo. Get a look at the Sihek kingfisher.

There's lots more content from the show, including an archive, at rte.ie/news2day.

The show is off air for mid-term - enjoy the break everyone! Florence and Cathal will be back on Monday at 4.20pm on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
