Many of you might have had to miss school this morning due to disruptions caused by Storm Chandra.The storm has most certainly left its mark today, with several counties such as Dublin, Wexford, Wicklow and Waterford experiencing major flooding.

So Florence joined Cathal in studio to give us the latest!

While this is not be good weather for gardening, earlier in the month, Our Lady's Of Clonskeagh made the most of the brief good weather as they began their Grow at School programme, an initiative by GIY Ireland that encourages school children to grow vegetables and plants in their backyard!

Researchers are asking the public to help them in their efforts to map out the number of red squirrels, grey squirrels and pine martens around Ireland.

Dr Colin Lawton from the University of Galway's School of Natural Sciences, is encouraging the public get involved and log their sightings HERE.
