Barry went along to see the amazing works at Dream Space Showcase 2025, a celebration of creativity, innovation and student-led STEM solutions from across Ireland’s rural primary schools and coding clubs.

He spoke to some of the young people who are using their STEM skills to come up with brilliant ideas that could help people all over Ireland.

In other news, a new exhibition has opened at the Irish Emigration Museum to mark the centenary of the Irish passport.

The exhibition, called 'On the Move', tells the stories of the country's "most travelled document". Evelyn O'Rourke has the story.

Young Irish star Leo Earley, who appeared on last year's Late Late Toy Show, has been cast in HBO's upcoming Harry Potter TV series.

The Leitrim native, who impressed audiences with his monologue about hats in the Toy Show in 2024, will play the character of Hogwarts student Seamus Finnigan in the highly-anticipated series.

And, as always we try to have some a fun animal story or two - this time it's bears!

There's lots more content from the show on the news2day website!
