We all know that minding your mental health is really important. So, Molly went along to St Declan's in Ballsbridge to meet the students there who are meditating and much more to help any stress.
Barry has a great story about a seal in Sydney. There's sports news too as Ireland's MNT draw with New Zealand in what proved to be Stephen Kenny's last match in charge.
